At ΚΥΔΟΣ we try to maintain a low cost delivery policy, therefore shipping within Greece is complimentary, within Europe shipping costs €10 and for the rest of the world it is €20. For world wide orders over €200, standard shipping is also complimentary. Items on sale may have a minimum shipping charge, when shipped within Greece.
Orders get shipped within 24 working hours from the day the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. In the event your tie needs custom work, i.e. selecting type of construction, it may take 2-3 days to complete the tie. At very rare occasions and possibly during holiday period, such as Christmas, some further delay may be occurred, for which the house of ΚΥΔΟΣ team strives to minimize and to satisfy all customers as best as humanly possible.
We offer Express and Standard shipping and delivery time depends on each destination. Express shipping within Greece may take 1 working day or occasionally up to 3 days for a remote or an island destination. For Europe express shipping may take 2 working days and for the rest of the world it may require 3 to 5 working days. Occasionally for remote location or for customs clearance reasons, local courier services may require extra time to deliver the parcel to the desired destination. Standard shipping may take 3-4 days for delivery within Europe and 5 to 7 days for delivery to the rest of the world.
In case we anticipate increasing demand, as new products may require a certain period to be created, a “Pre-Order” message may appear in the product’s description and will be indicating a new shipping date.
